| It would be great to be recognized financially for the many skills that a Dental Assistant in SK uses on a daily basis. We use our skills and contribute to the success of the dental team. With using these skills we contribute significantly to the financial gain of any private practice. Without the Dental Assistant being a part of the dental team, I'm sure that the financial success of any dental practice would decrease. It would be nice if this could be recognized and therefore be reflected through our wages. |

| More professional development courses spread throughout the year of general interest. Maybe a dental computer program presentation?! |

| This industry needs to unionized. There is not enough regulations put on the dentists for job standards, overtime, pension plans, RRSP and common work coutesy. |

| I do not think dental assistants make enough in sask. I came from alberta and took a 6.50 dollar an hour wage cut when the cost of living really is not that much cheaper here. I think with the responsibilities that assistants have they should be paid for the work that they do. |

| As a dental assistant for many many years I sometimes feel increased public profile would be a very honourable thing to do. I would appreciate the respect of being acknowledge and supported for the work we do. |
