Saskatchewan CHANGE DAY - November 6, 2014

The Health Quality (HQC) is encouraging everyone to make a pledge for the first-ever Saskatchewan Change Day, coming up on November 6! While health sytem transformation requires, the small actions we take and the thinngs we do every day do matter. Combined, those small actions can make a big difference.

How do I make a pledge?

Anyone who works in health care, or who receives health care, can take part in Change Day by making a pledge online at www.skchangeday.com until November 6. This year SK has a goal of reaching at least 1,000 pledges.
